At Whispering Cloud, we believe plushies aren’t just toys — they’re companions, keepsakes, and expressions of love. That’s why we offer a limited number of bespoke plush commissions for fans and collectors who want something deeply personal and beautifully made.
🧸 What We Offer
We currently accept custom plush orders in a 40cm seated style.
Clients may either submit their own design artwork or simply provide the character, visual references, and custom details — we’ll take care of the rest.
✨ Custom design service is available for an additional fee (£ to be confirmed based on complexity).
💬 What You’ll Need to Provide
To ensure your plush is crafted just right, we’ll ask for:
- Character name & reference images
- Hair colour·
- Eye shape & colour·
- Desired facial expression·
- Embroidery details (e.g. chest, navel, paw pads – +£10 per embroidery add-on)
- Optional ears or tails (including animal type & attachment method: magnetic, elastic or fixed)·
- If your character is a pet, a hairstyle reference is also required

Base price: Existing Original Design: £179
Custom Original Design: £199 - Each additional feature (e.g. embroidery, ears/tails): +£10
- Fast-track fee (optional): +£20·
- Final shipping to customer: based on current website rates·
✂️ What’s Included in Your Order
Each bespoke plush commission includes up to two sample stages:
- First Sample

Second Sample / Final Version
If you're still not fully satisfied after the second version, we offer additional revisions at extra cost.
By default, only the final plush will be shipped.
However, you may request to receive both the first and final versions — for a small additional fee (covering at least international postage twice).
⏳ Production Timeline

First sample: ~35 calendar days
(Rush order: first + second sample together in ~30 days) - Second sample: ~14 calendar days
- Shipping to the UK: 8–16 working days
- Total estimated time: ~3 months from concept to plush-in-hand (excluding public holidays)
📦 Why Do We Ship via the UK First?
Shipping all plush toys to us in the UK before forwarding them to customers helps keep postage costs accurate and ensures safe, reliable tracking across different regions.
